The Hairdresser
As many who know me can tell, I was born to be a hairdresser. Since I was a little boy, my sister Milena was my little guinea pig. I practiced styling her haircuts and hairstyles, pretending to be her hairdresser. After two years in college studying electrical engineering, I decided to follow my passion.
Later, I moved to New York, where my journey as a hairstylist truly began. I learned everything I know from my brother Polo. He was not only my family but also my mentor and inspiration to pursue my dream.
After living in New York for seven years, I moved to Houston, where I met Manuel. He didn’t just become my husband but also my partner. In the year 2000, we founded Art & Beauty Salon. This business has been the starting point for many successful hairdressers in the Houston area and has become a home for many of us who have remained here for years.
All I have is gratitude for this business, which allows me to fulfill my dreams. Thank you, Lord, for letting me be an inspiration to so many. My promise is to continue providing exceptional service to all our clients.
